Venue Rental Information

Inquire about rental rates

Our 1500 sq ft venue can accommodate up to 50 guests seated or 65 guests standing (cocktail style). Visit our rates & packages page to learn about our hourly and package pricing. If you don't see what you are looking for please contact us for additional information.

Rental timeframe & minimums

Venue710 Creative Space is available for rent 7 days a week between the hours of 8 am-midnight (extended hours available). There is a minimum of 3 hours required for weekday (hourly) rentals and 4 hours for Saturday and Sunday bookings.

Amenities and add-ons

Tables and chairs are included with all bookings. For your convenience, Venue710 Creative Space has a variety of additional items for rent. From linens, backdrops, décor, lighting, and more, we can assist you with creating the perfect event! Check out our amenities & add-ons page for further details!

Wine and spirits permitted

You may serve beer, wine, and spirits to guests 21+ so long as it is not sold on the premises. A licensed caterer/bartender and security may be required to serve during select events. See our FAQ section for additional details.

No vendor requirements

Venue710 Creative Space is committed to excellence, by providing a beautiful venue and through our services. Our clients have the flexibility of customizing their events by bringing in their own food and decor, utilizing vendors of their choice, or selecting vendors from our preferred list (inquire for details). Regardless, when you celebrate your special occasion at Venue710 Creative Space we strive to accommodate your needs!
