Venue Rental Rates

Monday - Thursday & Friday until 4 pm: $75/hour (3 hr minimum) ​
Friday after 4 pm:
$100/hour (3 hr minimum)

Weekend
Saturday & Sunday
8 hrs = $850
OR
$130/hour (4 hr minimum)

Full Day
​Friday - Sunday (between 8 am - midnight*) 12 hours = $1297
*extended hours may be available

Entrepreneur Business Event
Monday - Thursday: $60/hr
Friday & Sunday: $75/hr (3 hr min.)

Do It For You
This full-service option is designed for hosts who value ease, intention, and a beautifully curated event—without the pressure of managing the details. Simply arrive with your food & drinks and enjoy the celebration. Or, let us handle catering coordination for a true hands-off experience!

Signature Experience!

A non-refundable retainer fee of $250 ($500 for packages, excluding Do it Yourself & Kids Party packages) is due at the time of booking, along with the signed contract, to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your event date. For bookings within 14 days of the event, the total amount is due at the time of booking.

A $150 refundable damage fee is required for all bookings and will be included in the total amount due. This fee (minus any applicable damage charges) will be refunded to the initial payment source within 3-5 business days after the event.

All booked hours/packages include set-up, event, and breakdown time. Any additional time required or used will be billed at the hourly rate for the specified date/time. The billing of the additional hour begins 15 minutes after the end of the rental time.

Parking is not permitted in the lot directly next door to the venue. Please review details in the parking section of the FAQ page and ensure your guests are informed as well.
