Where are you located?

We are located at 710 Cooper Street, Edgewater Park, NJ 08010. Our location is steps away from the Beverly/Edgewater Park Riverline Station, with easy access to/from Trenton, Camden, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas.

 

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

The venue can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests seated and 65 guests standing (cocktail style).

 

What type of events can the venue host?

We host several types of events including baby and bridal showers, adult/children birthday parties, pop-up shops, paint and sips, brunches and day parties, educational seminars, workshops, playdates, rehearsal dinners, intimate dinners, date nights, elopements, and micro-weddings. We are excited to discuss any event you do not see on the above list. Just give us a call!

 

Is there parking available?

There is a free, public parking lot (Beverly/Edgewater light rail station), located across the street from the venue, available for you to park. This parking lot is located on Railroad Avenue and Blyer Street, offers ample parking, and is just steps away from the venue. Guests should enter "Beverly/Edgewater Park" into their GPS for directions to the lot. Guests also have access to the small parking lot located directly across the street (evenings and weekends only).

 

Do you offer packages?

YES, we offer several packages to accommodate your needs! Visit the Rates & Packages page to see our curated packages. If you don't see what you need or would like something different, contact us. 

 

Do you offer decor services?

Yes, we provide décor such as backdrops, table settings, chair covers, drapery, balloon garlands, and more. Additionally, we can provide you with a referral to obtain décor items and services that we do not offer.  

 

Is cooking permitted at the venue?

Cooking on the premises is prohibited. The venue has a separate kitchenette prep area to accommodate your food prepping needs; however, all food must be prepared and ready to serve upon arrival. We do offer stainless steel chafing dishes (as an add-on) and a food warmer (included) for your convenience.

 

Do we need security?

The safety of our guests is very important to us; therefore, we reserve the right to require the use of a security guard for certain events. If applicable, the Venue will provide the security service and the Renter will be responsible for all associated fees.

 

Is a booking fee required?

Yes. A $250 non-refundable retainer fee, along with the signed contract, is required to secure your event date. A $500 non-refundable retainer fee is required for all packages, excluding Do it Yourself & Kids Party packages.

 

Can I get into the venue early to set up for my event?

All hours booked for your event should include time for set-up, event time, and breakdown time. The only time you are guaranteed access to the venue is the time booked. If you require additional time please inquire about adding on time and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Do you allow alcohol?

Venue710 Creative Space is a BYOB establishment and wine, beer and spirits are permitted to be served (not for purchase) during events. We reserve the right to require a licensed/certified bartender for booked events where alcohol will be served.

Is there a damage deposit?

A $150 refundable damage deposit is required and should be included with the final payment. This fee (minus any accrued damage charges, if applicable) will be refunded to the initial payment source within 3-5 business days after the event.

Is there a cleaning fee?

All bookings are inclusive of the cleaning fee, which includes the deep cleaning of the venue. Prior to leaving, the Renter should ensure all personal belongings, décor, spilled and leftover food/drinks, and garbage is removed from the venue. Chairs must be stacked at the end of each event (unless chair covers are selected as an add-on). Garbage must be bagged and placed outside, inside the provided garbage cans (not on the ground). Failure to follow this policy will result in forfeiture of your damage deposit.
