Venue Rental Rates
(rates subject to change on holidays and/or holiday weekends)
Monday - Thursday & Friday until 4 pm:
$75/hour + tax (2 hour minimum)
Friday after 4 pm:
$100/hour + tax (3 hour minimum)

A non-refundable booking fee of $250 (or 50% of rental fee for weekday, hourly rentals) is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The event date is not secured unless this fee (along with the signed contract) is paid. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your event date. For bookings within 30 days of the event, the total rental rate is due at the time of booking.
A $150 refundable damage fee is required for all bookings and should be paid with the final payment. This fee (minus any applicable damage charges) will be refunded to the initial payment source within 5-7 business days after the event.
All booked hours/packages include set-up, event, and break down time. Any additional time required or used will be billed at $100/hr (weekday) and $125/hr (weekend). The billing of the additional hour begins 15 minutes after the end of the rental time.
Parking is not allowed in the lots directly next door to the Venue. Please review details in the parking section of the FAQ page and ensure your guests are informed as well.

Hourly: $125/hour + tax (4 hour minimum)
Package: 6 hours = $650 + tax
Friday - Sunday
(between 9 am - midnight)
$1100 + tax
